Be someone

[ Okay, in this almost midnight i have 'overflowing' things on my mind ]

" I want to be SOMEONE, not just anyone you pass on the street w/o being noticed.

I bet some of you people do think about this a lot . The thought about changing the world, contribute something, do something worthy or BIG, etc. But, you know what you're doing right now is so not you and really can't solve this.

I do really understand about this. Well, me myself is a medical student [ thanks God ] but, really my heart is not there. I like fashion and music more than formal education like this. I hate study [ no, I don't have what it takes to be a role model ] I hate to read, I hate remembering something. And this major really require those things.

But, my mom always said [ and it's one of my 'survival secret' ] that God always have a better plan for me underneath it all. So, when I'm losing my will to survive in this major, I shall remember that not everyone can afford such education and not everyone got the chance like me. So, the key to survive is to think positive ! And please do think about other people.

For you guys, who got the chance to get your favorite major, do not forget about whose behind your successfulness. Your parent, brother, sister, friends and the most important one is God. GIVE THANKS :)

So, when you're having trouble or problem do remember you're not alone there's still another person who're having exactly the same or even harder problem than you. Ask for help to God or your friends and family.

And if you do well, I bet someday you'll be SOMEONE. If you want to achieve something bigger well then another key is effort. You can seek for luck and else. You can search in encyclopedia of famous people or anything and you will find that an effort is needed in a process to SOMEONE.

And the last but not least, is to sacrifice. I mean not always, but sometime if we want to accomplish something we should sacrifice something like time, money, etc. But, do not throw your dreams away, something you like to do and you're good at is things that you have to keep and take care of. For me, for things I like such as fashion, no I will not throw my dreams away to work in fashion world . Me, Sherley one day will be one of the most fashionable doctor in whole world !!! :D

I'm pretty aware that it's already June

and my Dad will celebrate his birthday this month :)

[ I do hope he'll come to Jakarta later this month, miss him a lot and it's been quite sometime since we last spent days together ]

Anyway, I do have several

wishes or

things to do for this month

1st. I shall not waste my money, so I can save some for my dad's and for my vacation later :)

2nd. I have to paint my holga ! [ poor her for having scratches everywhere ; shame on me for not taking care of her :'( ]

3. I want to make some 3d glasses [ although i don't know for what , i just think it's cool ] :D

4. I really wanted to have some new badge in my foursquare :)

5. And have a few id photo which is taken w/ photobooth ; with weird poses and styles [ I'm sure it's going to be exciting ]

Imogen Heap's concert ;D

Immi on the big screen

Yeaah yeaah, I know it's too late right now to post this. But hell, better late than never . FYI, I skip classes today : obgyn and surgery . I know that's important but I'm sick . But, What else can I do ? ;D
And I want to thanks @Benakribo for telling me how to activate the pop-up comments (sorry for being so clumsy on technology :P)

It was on March 30th 2010 when it happened :P , I skipped English class just to watch Immi ( I did went there alone )
It was so cool the ' ellipse tour ' . The opening act are Back ted 'n ted and Tim Exile (those two amazing guy really caught people's attention; and yeah now I'm a big fans of them also).

I sat in row J i guess but as the time goes by I moved to row C hihihi (so what ?! I mean it's not like I watch her everyday)

Immi and friends were really interactive with the audience. It was my first time watching concert and I was absolutely satisfied. She sang some old song from previous album which is really AWESOME * I even scream and sang like crazy all alone by myself * <-- although that's my hobby : means ," I always do that everywhere " probably you'll see me someday randomly moving in some plaza like MC Hammer while singing . ( Thanks God I have friends that laugh WITH me not AT me LOLs )

Overall, the concert was really amazing . I mean the stage, the video mapping, the opening acts, and Immi herself . I did take few pictures of them . But, too bad my cam's pixel is not that good :( Immi did say that she'll come back to Indonesia, soon. Well, there's still so much you haven't see. So, here I am waiting for you. I do really hope you'll come back soon xoxo

Okay, I make this topic because everybody who have blog, you know.. made this haha. But, really Coco Rocha (and my mom) is just my role model. A 21 yo Canadian model who have successfully taken my heart (lol ==;) Well, despite from the fact that she's a fabulous model (I'm sure everybody know it) I like how she talks and (honestly) tells what's on her mind (which I think it's very brilliant and lovely of her to talk and think like this ). And I fully support her opinion . I mean don't you ? :)

Earth hour 2010

What have you guys contribute to the world ? Well, as you know a lot of bad things has happened to our world lately from the earthquake in China and Chile 'till tsunami in Hawaii. That should have make us think that the earth does need our help. The place that we're all living in is getting old we should care about it more and more.

Just like we take care of our ma and pa when they're getting old, we should treat our earth like that also. God, created us human so that we can take care of the world but as you know some people just doesn't care they throw garbage everywhere, they cut the trees without thinking about the effect to the environment, and else. As a young generation I suppose that we should change our way of thinking and our way of living.

Well, I've reduce the use of plastic bag now I use fabric bag and I use plastic bag like hundred times. I think it has automatically reduce the use of plastic bag (I guess). Now, what can you do guys ? :)

" IT'S TIME FOR US TO CHANGE"

So, join the earth hour 2010. At that time let's just sit and enjoy the moment :)
